I had the ""Blackened Cod Loin, The thickest part coated with Cajun spice and seared in a red - hot skillet. Finished with a red chile-lime sauce"" It was about an inch and a quarter thick, with just enough, but not too much Cajun spice. I didn't see the searing of the fish in the red hot pan but it tasted great! The red chile-lime sauce was much like a home-made salsa. I can't say enough how good this dish was. I had it with their homemade mashed potatos with a hint of garlic.
They have a great daily special menu with about a dozen meals for $14.95 including an ample salad bar that also fantastic, everything was very fresh.
Pros: Fantastic food, Good atmosphere, very clean
Cons: no diabetic deserts
