I've been going to the city for yrs and didnt want to make the commute any longer. A friend of mine goes to Gianna and was insistant that I give her a try. Well I did and I couldnt be happier!! She was the sweetest girl and very humble with her skill. She brings a calm relm to her chair and you feel so comfortable talking with her. Needless to say she did an amazing job and I will be visiting her again soon! Thanks Gianna! Pros: So pleasant and relaxing Cons: none at all more

I followed My colorist Gianna from another shop to Zoku. She is amazing and I would follow her to the other end of the world. I went there today and had a new colorist by the name of Gianna do my color. She gave great recommendations and listened 2 what I didn't like which I thought was interesting. She was very professional, but young and has that hip way of doing color. Very fresh. Highly reccommended! Pros: Example: best croissants in town Cons: What are the drawbacks? more

Zoku salon is by far the best salon outside of ny and the person to see for a haircut is Jackie she was amazing she really gave me and great and most important to me modern haircut love love her cant wait to go back more

Zoe's and Christine's new salon is beautiful , great people watching, the hippest staff and finally a front desk with style and a smile !!!! I am a client of theirs from NY for 6 years , I always get a ton of compliments on my hair. I Highly recommend them and this new gem of a salon. Zoe has been my colorist for almost 2 years now and I've never been happier. My color looks amazing everytime. I'm brunette, but with the colors and highlights Zoe engineers, the final product is always what I want and expect..always looks perfect. I've been a TV Newscaster and now, soon to be QVC Program Host, for the past 12 years. Zoe is effortlessly talented and truly an artist. When you work under the bright, brassy lights of a television studio, you have to be very careful about the shade of blonde you go with. It must not only compliment your complexion, but accomodate the effects of intense studio lighting. Zoe is incredibly talented and yet so humble and placid while doing what comes so hard to so many. You would be in wonderful hands...and I have put myself in many. From Bumble and Bumble to Warren Tricomi to a famed colorist with the Jonathon salon in Beverly Hills...Zoe is a gem and if you can get an appt to see her, it will be the best money you have spent. I am a client at Prive , I have never used Zoe for my color, but today I witnessed her Bring Heather Tom..the actress. from Blonde to a Beautiful brunette in almost no time...Truly Amazing. Best Colorist 3/21/2007

I would recommend Zoe to anyone who wanted the BEST OF THE BEST in hair color. My hair is 70% gray and colored blonde with highlights. Before Zoe, my hair did not hold the color for more than two weeks. My hair now holds its color for the full six weeks I leave between appointments and it is beautiful. Zoe is amazing. My hair has never looked better. I've been getting my hair colored and highlighted for 10 years. This past year I wanted to be a blond (a big change from my natural brown) and made a switch to Zoe. EVERYONE I meet tells me how great I look. They love the way my hair shines and looks natural. It always feels wonderful, not dried out. The depth of the color is something I had never experienced before. But not only is she very talented, she also is so very nice. When I met Zoe for the first time, I knew that the search for the perfect hair color would be over. I had been to a million salons and always felt that my color was just o.k. Zoe listened to me, had me look at pictures and gave her insight. People are always asking me where I get my color done. Also, I have 5 or 6 friends that go to her and that are thrilled with their color. Another bonus is her assistant Isaac who is amazingly talented as well. Ditto on his great head massages! Zoe is a miracle worker/magician. She listens to your dreams/wishes, then adds a reality check. It may take a few months to get what you want but that's not Zoe's fault. Damaged,fried,oxidized hair needs to grow out. Your medicines/illness changes your hair and how your hair will hold color. Zoe explains all of this and then starts giving you the best hair color ever. Her assistant Issak gives the best head massage during the shampoo. These 2 are the dynamic duo of SOHO.
