They were recommended to us by a good friend when we bought our house. Initially, they were great! They returned calls promptly and were eager to work with us. The estimate they gave us was really high and he didn't give us any rhyme or reason as to how he came to that number. When I asked him to re-do an estimate taking out the stuff I could move myself, he never replied. No return email. No return phone call. Called another mover, who came out to the house, and gave me an estimate more than $1000 less than Zito's. Don't waste your time. more

Recently moved from Sweet Home to Clarence. We had two truck loads plus over 200 boxes. Crew showed up on time with owner present. They were very efficient and careful. They did not damage anything. They had a total of 7 guys, and were able to move me in 4 1/2 hours. Most other companies were only going to send 3-4 guys for the same price. Hopefully we will not be moving again for a very long time but I definitely would use them again. more

One result of our move defines zito's movers - we accidentally left a carton of eggs in the door of our refridgerator. ALL of the eggs survived getting the door taken off and the move to the truck and then into the new house without breaking. This is how careful they are. Zito's movers are what you want in a mover. They are fast, they are very reasonably priced, they are easy to talk to, they make suggestions for your benefit, and they adapt to what you need - if you mistakenly tell them the wrong room for an item, even a couch, they have no problem moving it for you. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we will never use a different mover if we move again. I recommend them for everyone. Pros: very reasonable prices, fast, careful with items more

We have used Zito movers twice in moving, my mother has also used them. When you call they come out to the house and so an initial assessment of the items to be moved and give you a price based on the items to be moved. They then give you a written quote. They call to confirm the day before. They were on time and had a crew to do the jobs. They were always done prior to the expected end time and they took great care of all the furniture. Nothing was damaged. They called a day or two after to make sure we were satisfied. We were very happy and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone. I do NOT recommend this company. I booked an appointment with them 2 weeks prior to my move, and they called to cancel on me the day before the move. Their excuse was that they never did an analysis of the move during the initial booking of the reservation and they are now realizing that they don?t think they can accommodate me. Aside from a ?sorry,? they offered me no suggestions or alternatives. So, if you want to ensure that your reservation is secure, I wouldn?t take the risk of using Zito Movers?they can call you the day before your move to cancel on you too!!!!
