DO NOT USE ZIP APPLIANCE SERVICES!\r Technician was RUDE!\r The company put in a part that went bad in less than 6 months and the technician refused to fix it under the warranty and yelled at me. Owner had to schedule a different tech to come out.\r They scheduled me and the other teach never showed up!When they finally did show up, they left and the dryer was still broken! Have left over 5 messages.\r They do not return phone calls!\r FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO YOUR WORK!! Cons: Worst service ever! more
