Owner is a liar, cheat and fraud. She'll tell your daughter that she won't sell the same dress to another girl at your school and then do it and you're daughter will be humiliated at the prom, like my friend's was. Plus her dresses are slutty.\r \r I have never heard a positive review about Zinnis from anyone, online the good reviews sound suspiciously like they come from people who must know the owner personally. My own experience there was horrible. The owner is condescending, rude and nasty. If you don't have a Barbie doll body type don't go near the place, she'll make you feel bad about yourself and insult you. \r \r A friend bought her mother of the bride dress there and after paying a small fortune for it and paying Zinni for extensive alterations, it fell apart at the seams and zipper on the day of the wedding! Of course there was no refund from this unscrupulous owner who is engaged to a disgraced former politician who was jailed for ripping off his constituents. \r \r Please don't give Zinnis your hard earned money. You'll be sorry. more

Have you ever gone to a place to purchase an evening gown? If so, you know it is an investment purchase, and you want the experience to be as memorable and welcoming as possible. Well, at Zinni's that is not the case. While the associates seem pretty nice and helpful. Especially Ellen, she is the best! By the time you meet with the owner, it is a complete 180 from the initial experience. I have never encountered someone so RUDE or IGNORANT! It is really hard to believe that this person actually OWNS the business, and has not been shut down yet. This lady made alterations on my cousins dress, and is not even a seamstress, and told us to get out of the store upon asking her to fix it. When is it ok to treat your customers as sub-par human beings? If it were not for customers, you would not be in business. We will all be contacting BBB, she needs to be reported, and put out of business. No rating for you, and one star for Ellen! more

its a great place.. they are very nice there and have great dresses.. i strongly suggest going there.. dont listen to reidgirl5 that was one time. more
