Avoid them. Set up a repair - no heat -- stayed home from work. Their person never showed. Called them -- told me was in a meeting. Never bothered to call me. If they can't get this right, cannot count on them for repairs. more

Good old-fashioned business ethics 6/20/2010

These folks deserve a pat on the back. I bought an old home in Sylvan with an ancient boiler system. The Zilka shop guys dug up hard-to-find parts and supplied me with them at reasonable cost, letting me keep my old system running for about 15 years longer than it had any right to. And they NEVER suggested that I should scrap my boiler and have them install new equipment...or insisted that THEY perform the repairs.\r Needless to say, I went straight to them when my boiler finally cracked and their new installation was right on time and very professional. That was about 7 years ago and I've never had a problem.\r One final accolade: A week after they did the work, I got a check in the mail from them...I had overpaid by $100 and never even noticed it.\r FYI -- I certify that I am in no way connected with Zilka...in fact, I haven't needed to talk to them in 7 years...this is a sincere post. Pros: Helpful, honest, work done right and on time more
