Prescription Refills
You may call to request prescription refills during office hours. If your insurance requires a 90-day supply for mail in purposes, please inform our staff when you call. Please allow 48 hours for us to complete your phoned in prescriptions.
Financial Policies
We accept a variety of insurance plans and are happy to assist you in processing your claims. Please help us by having your insurance information available when you schedule your appointments or come in for urgent care. Insurance co-pays are expected at the time of service.
If you have an insurance plan we do not participate in, we will be happy to see you for urgent care on a fee-for-service basis.
If you are without insurance, payment is expected at the time of service unless special arrangements have been made with the billing departments prior to your visit.
Phone Calls
Call regarding non-urgent appointments, prescription refills, billing and insurance questions w ill be referred to the appropriate office staff or their voicemail.
Routine medical concerns or questions will be screened by our clinical staff.
More complex issues will be passed to the physician for a return call. Urgent calls will be returned immediately. Less urgent ones will be returned before the end of the business day.
