Zero Rez

I gave them one star because that is the lowest I can give. These people show up in van that has the cleaner motor IN the van. It makes this horrible noise that can be heard for blocks away!! And, it lasts for hours! Imagine someone holding a shopvac to your ear for a few hours, great, huh? The carpets aren't that great and now every neighbor within a 1/4 mile is ticked. more

We decided to try Zero Rez because we heard about them on WCCO. Our previous carpet cleaner was very good but I still decided to try Zero Rez. Our carpet was fairly new but had stains from our new puppy. Chris from Zero Rez came out. He was extremely professional and what you might call a carpet cleaning geek. He sniffed the carpet (sniffedII) and suggested we do an additional process to insure all stains were removed. It was not inexpensive. A few days after he finished the stains came back. I was not happy. I called Zero Rez and they scheduled another appointment. Chris and a partner came back out. They worked hard on the stains and now the carpet is perfect. There was not charge and at every step of the way everyone at Zero Rez seemed sincerely focused on our satisfaction with the service. I think how a company handles problems really tells the true nature of how good they are. I would recommend Zero Rez highly to anyone interested in carpet cleaning. more

Zero Rez did with no other cleaners could. 10 yr old carpet came cleaner than ever and it did not take days to dry. Also, they clean with green products that are safer than the chemical soaps most use. I will use them again. Pros: stains came right out Cons: not the cheapest but worth the price more

I was disappointed with their service. I came in thinking it would get all the dog smells out of my house due to they advertise in getting all the bacteria out. they didn't do any better then any other carpet cleaner. I was also disappointed that when i told them i had 3 bedrooms, 1 hallway, a dining room, a living room, and a stair case for a split entry house (all being less then 1000 sq ft) they gave me a quote over the phone and came out and said that my place was much bigger then they expected. they then re-quoted me on the spot of $200 more then the original price. All and all this company is very expensive and tries to use unethical sales techniques. Cons: expensive, no better then other carpet cleaners, requote more

Zerorez cleaned my carpet last week and I am very happy. Stains came right out and the urine odor from my dog is gone. I have had a lot of Minneapolis cleaners out and no one has done such a thorough job. I highly recommend Zerorez. I just had Zerorez out to clean my carpet again and I had to post about it! They got red wine out that I thought for sure would be stained. And the dog accidents do not smell anymore. Their service is great and they really tell you the whole story upfront. I found them on Angie's List a year ago and have been very satisfied. Coit is good but the price is much higher.
