Horrible company! Do not do business with them! They are selling services they do not have, they are very unprofessional. I purchased a groupon with them, and kept calling for months to be told they do not service my area because they are currently experiencing workforce shortage. However, they sold the deals in my area. They asked for my groupon #, and said they will definitely hire new employees in this area, and that call when they will be able to schedule my service. They never called, I kept calling and getting the same answer, that they do not have employees that could service out city. Finally, when my groupon was close to expire I asked them if they are selling services they do not provide? I was told yes, and that I can get a refund from Groupon. That left me speechless. Also, I found out that they marked my group on as redeemed, even though no service was ever provided. Groupon is now issuing my refund. After all these, I am extremely disappointed with Zephyr Clean Air. Go to somebody else who has business ethics, and save the headaches! more

I bought the Groupon deal offered by Zephyr that they will clean 10 vents + 1 return vent for $39.00. What a great deal, right? It would have been a great deal if I hadn't been treated like a total moron when I called for my appointment and I wouldn't accept the upsell. What is the upsell? Reasonable enough-- the deal didn't cover all the vents in my house so they would do the rest for an extra fee. And what is that extra? About $250. Why would I spent $250 on an additional handful of vents when I just got a great deal for only $39!! But their aggressive upsell tactics included informing me that their service would be no good, that the dust from the other uncleaned vents would blow into the cleaned vents and undo any cleaning done. I can understand that, but not to be questioned about it repeatedly while I'm trying to make an appointment, almost to the point where it sounded like they wouldn't come at all (""it's not going to do any good"") and I had to ask them, ""does that mean you won't come and clean it unless I agree to the upsell?"" The man I spoke with on the phone said no, they would still come. But then after making the appointment he pushed again for the upsell, saying, ""can I ask why you're doing this if it's not going to do any good?"" I had HAD it by this point but tried to politely say that I thought it would be better to reduce the dust by about 70% than none at all. He sort of reluctantly gave up but I was stewing about such a ridiculously aggressive marketing tactic that basically said to me that their Groupon offer was a total scam because ""it wouldn't do any good"" to clean the number of vents they offered in the deal. The reason I gave them stars is because the actual cleaning was thorough and efficient. My technician, Troy, simply asked once if it had been explained to me about cleaning all the vents and when I responded in the affirmative he didn't pressure or ask about it again. He was respectful and quick to do his work. If anything I would recommend the technician but NOT his company. more
