I'm going to co-sign for the person below me. Gloria has no respect for the well being of the therapists. She doesn't have a clue as to the needs of actually running a massage center. She doesnt know how to handle a busy multi- taskful client based business, payroll or book keeping. She is also as stubborn AND MEAN as a mule and is not lucid most of the time. She doesn't reply to the therapist needs for changes upon request, not even when she has asked and noted. Zen Massage Center is not in compliance with pay raises, CEU assistance for therapist, or the definition of an independent contractor. If Gloria can't use you and run over you, she doesn't need you. If the therapist don't carry themselves in the same manner as she does, she will not like you. Misery loves company!!! I moved to the Austell area recently and I cannot believe the high quality massage and customer service I received at Zen Massage Center! First of all, the price of only $39.95 for a full hour massage with no membership fees lured me in, but then the tranquil environment and excellent customer service made it all worth while. And if you do decide to go ask for Charles. Charles did my massage and he is awesome! The decor was pleasant and tastefully done. The spa smelled heavenly and was extremely clean and comfortable. I will be going back every week! more

I WENT IN TO ZEN MASSAGE AUSTELL WITH A GIFTCARD FOR MY BIRTHDAY LAST MONTH. I WAS VERY EXCITIED. I'VE HAD MANY MASSAGES BEFORE, THAT TURNED OUT VERY NICELY. THIS PLACE WAS VERY DUSTY AND UNCLEAN LOOKING. THE BATHROOM WAS OUT OF PAPER TOWELS AND THE LIGHT SWITCH WASN'T WORKING. THE MASSAGE I RECEIVED WAS VERY NICE. AND THE THERAPIST WAS NICE. BUT THE OVERALL PLACE OF BUSINESS DIDN'T DO IT FOR ME. SORRY! more
