I was experiencing lower back pain and pain in both knees. However, after coming to Zen Care Wellness Center, my symptoms are much better. With a combination of exercise, muscle work, electro-therapy, and great doctors, you can't go wrong! more

Highly Recommended 6/16/2011

I was experiencing lower back pain prior to coming to HealthSource of Irvine. My condition has definitely improved since the program/rehabilitation has started. I experience less flare-ups with a decrease in frequency/intensity. Since I started the program, I'm able to do the same activities at a much longer period of time and with more comfort. more

Very Effective 6/13/2011

I had chronic lower back pain, shoulder pain, and right knee pain for years! After receiving care with the Zen Care Wellness Center, every one of my pains has drastically diminished. Also, wearing orthotics has helped so much in my balance, posture, alignment, and comfort. I have now re-started my hula ministry with no pain, which is awesome! more

Caring Staff 6/6/2011

I was diagnosed with two bulging discs in the lower back causing pain in the legs, knees, numbness and shooting nerve pain down to the foot. By doing spinal decompression 2-3 times a week, I have improved pain level in my lower back and can now comfortably do my daily living tasks. I can also walk further and can do basic physical activities with less pain. Zen Care has a very caring staff which I am grateful for. more

My legs were falling asleep and the pain was shooting down the legs for years. I was having trouble walking it was so bad. After the 1st treatment of spinal decompression, the pain was better and after every treatment it is improving. I can now walk long distance without having any pains. I would recommend my friends and family members in a heartbeat! more

I came here because I was experiencing lower back pain, shoulder, and hip pain. After a few visits, my lower back pain has alleviated and no more signs of hip pain or soreness. Zen Care Wellness Center has a great staff and an excellent rehab program. more
