Zelko's Glass & Lock Co INC

The lock on my sliding glass door at my house broke and I called Zelko once I got to work. The person that answered the phone said the technician would call back in a few minutes. He did and then said he had to go & would call back in few minutes. Then a different person, the dispatcher, called. Then another tech called and we made an appointment for 11AM. \r \r The tech showed up at 11:30 (i was ready to leave as I had work to do) and did hot have a Zelko company truck, but I let it go. He said the clylinder was broken & replaced it. \r \r THE BILL WAS $187. $29 for the ""service call,: $89 for the part & $69 for 1/2 hour labor. It was a generic bill, not Zelko. I googled the part and they're between $15 - 25 from what I saw. WILL NEVER USE ZELCO AGAIN!! more

This Locksmith Company gave me a 20 minute window as to their arrival and called ahead of time. They showed up on time which seems to be so rare now days. Also, the service tech was very professional and timely in fixing the problem! I would highly recommend them in the future. more

It was a Saturday afternoon, we called at first to obtain information regarding changing all the exterior locks in our home. The gentlemen was courteous and answered all our questions, including providing clarification regarding pricing. We called back about two hours later to request service. Thomas was at our door in twenty minutes. He was efficient and professional. more
