I had advanced periodontal disease with loose teeth, pain and infection. I received opinions from four dentists who told me I would have to lose my teeth before arriving at my last stop.\r \r Unlike the others, they were willing to provide many options - all in house, so no referrals.\r \r After a thorough examination I learned that with LANAP Laser Therapy I could save my teeth so I decided to do it. The LANAP was completed in a single visit. I was made comfortable throughout. Post treatment discomfort was minor. I did not even need pain medication.\r \r My oral health is vastly improved. I feel that I made a great decision.\r When I visit Barotz Dental, I almost feel that I am going to a nice hotel. The staff is very attentive to me and treats me as a respected individual. I have never had to wait for my appointment.\r \r Barotz Dental is at least a tier above any other practice I have ever experienced. more

I would NOT recommend Dr. Barotz for any type of cosmetic dentistry (I was led to believe that he specializes in that). When I was younger, I broke one of my front teeth. I went to Dr. Barotz to have the bonding repaired on that tooth, as it was looking a bit worn out. I figured that since he specializes in cosmetic dentistry, I'd leave more happy with that tooth than ever (since my previous dentists did not specialize in cosmetic dentistry). I was WRONG. I spent $1300, and can't even believe how terrible my teeth look. Not only does the tooth in question look bad, but he messed with the adjoining tooth, and made it bigger and more prominent. I went in to have my concerns addressed, only to leave looking even worse. I am going to have to drop even more money now to find someone who can fix it. UGH. Pros: Great people, great service Cons: Not good with cosmetic work more
