Before the sale I had more people helping then I needed. After the sale I could not get my salesperson to return a call. I posted a review on the Elhart site and sent the review to Jeff Elhart so he could see what I posted and the next Monday my posting was gone. I reposted, but I don't know how long that one will last. No wonder they are all "excellent" ratings on their site. more

somewhat pricey 8/18/2005

Every time I pull up just to browse around the lot they are on me quick. They come out and ask if I need help. I have yet to buy a car from there but I noticed that the prices just were not right for me. I really don't like the fact that they watch you like a hawk when you drive through the lot. Although they do leave you alone if you tell them to. more

Extreme on the Advertising 8/12/2005

We shopped here when looking for our latest vehicle. We ended up purchasing elsewhere, however we do go here to have our vehicle serviced. and we're quite happy with them. We receive calls from them at least every month, asking us to come in and look at their selection. But they're not personal calls, they are recordings - like a telemarketer. It's a little annoying. more
