We had an agreement and we were to sign documents and trade-in a vehicle. So, we did start the process and move items and car seats from the vehicle and finally the last documets needed to be signed and it was completly changed from what we had agreed this is just unexceptable. We ofcourse didnt signed and asked why it was changed the only finance guy in Harlem was already upset and had said that it was the best he could do and when we attempted to explain and the sales person told him that it was incorrect and we had an agreement he yelled at the sales guy and told us to take it or leave and pause for a secound and said to leave his office and choo us out!! After, we asked to retrieve our items from the other car and if they can assist they did not and the sales guy was only able to open the doors. All this infront of my 5 yearl old. Avoid the trouble!! more
