We had an awful experience. On the surface, the outside of our car looks good. The inside is another story. He obviously cleaned everything thoroughly, but the whole inside of the car is covered in white, crusty, dried cleaning fluid. There are dried drips coming out of every crevice and some of the cloth is covered as well. The windshield, inside and outside, seems to be covered in a white film that isn't coming off. The digital display is hard to read at night due to the residue. It's going to take me at least two hours to get the inside clean from all the cleaning fluid.\r

Also, our battery was dead by that night when we returned home. Something was left open. I had the car towed because we couldn't jump it. The battery had to be replaced. Then, the airbag light stayed on. Turns out the airbag sensor under the driver's seat was soaking wet and ruined, most likely from the condensed steam after cleaning the carpets. All recent cars have these sensors--this is not only in our car. The repair bill for everything totaled over $700.\r

We've tried to contact Zeb, but he is not returning our calls and it's hard to catch up with someone who doesn't really have a storefront. I really should have paid more and had it done right.\r
