I had never done business with Zebone prior to this transaction. I was referred to them by another jeweler I had used prior, because this project was difficult and out of their perameter.\r I called and talked to Michael about the project, and he immediately made me comfortable about their capabilities. We set an appointment, and went to work. Together we designed the most amazing piece....but the finished product was 10 times more fantastic than the drawing or the wax! The professionalism and the willingness to listen were expected. I would not have done the project with Zebone had those criteria not been in place. Not only were these criteria met, but exceeded. I cannot sufficiently put into words how I feel about this new piece. It is simply amazing, and will be in my family for generations. I simply love this store. They are way cheaper than any mall jewelry store. I have always gotten extremely good pricing there and have always received personal service. You can look through there catalogs and order specific pieces. Although I have never taken scrap gold to them, I did inquire about getting a ring made out of some of my Grandmothers jewelry. They were very thoroughly in explaining the process saying they would draw pictures and make a mold before the final product was finished. I have bought several unique pieces there also more
