Hands down the best I have tried 5/15/2012

Hands down, Roger does an excellent job cleaning my carpet. He can be flexible and is able to come over and clean after I am done work. He takes initiative in getting the job done to my liking. I won't use some of the carpet cleaning chains that are out there. I've gone down that route and it was a waste of time and money. more

Awesome results 5/14/2012

My buddy and I got the carpets cleaned after a year and a half in a rental house where there were several tenant switches and pets coming and going. Needless to say, the very pale carpets were not very pale anymore. No, that's not a stringent enough description... The pale carpets were revolting - the kind of revolting that makes you want to throw up and curse at the same time. The Clenz people showed up on time, called ahead, came in prepared AND were enthusiastic about tackling the most gnarley stain they've probably seen in the history of their Philadelphia existence. The results: awesome. The carpets were all fresh, super clean, and dry when we got home from work that day. And at an extremely reasonable price, I might add. more

He cleaned one room of carpet and one room of tile for me. The carpet likely needs replacing but looked quite a bit better. The tile looks brand new again. I am happy to recommend them to others. more

Tile & Grout Cleaned and Sealed 4/11/2012

I am not surprised to see the other good comments here about ZBest. Roger did a tile clean for us and the floor looked brand new when he finished (even the grout). A great job at a good price. Very professional and the results speak for themselves. more

Knew the task and was very professional. Truck and equipment looked very well maintained. Prompt and courteous. My floors look as good as new. The carpet took about 2 hrs to dry. Highly recommended. more

Perfect job! 6/4/2007

This company is a first rate operation. I had Roger out to estimate the job a few days before the work was to be done. Roger answered all of my questions about the stretch & clean task in a way that I could understand. The actual tech that came out to do the work was Josh. It is refreshing to have a worker show up on time?it doesn?t happen that often. Josh also walked me through each room and explained what he was going to do before he started. He spent as much time as required to do the job right. Thanks for a perfect job. I will highly recommend this company to friends.
