This is a good restaurant. It's very popular and there is a little wait but is worth the wait. The salad was crisp and cold. The french fries were hot and crispy. It was true to Z...

they are so slow, the service is terrible and the food isnt worth waiting for and the place is not very clean

This is a good restaurant. It's very popular and there is a little wait but is worth the wait. The salad was crisp and cold. The french fries were hot and crispy. It was true to Zaxby form - delicious. Pros: Good food Cons: Not a lot of room to stand or walk around while waiting more
