Zapata's 3/28/2006

My husband and I have been going to Zappata's quite a bit. Three times in the last month! He loves their tostadas (where else can you get one besides Taco Bell?) and I love their fajita nachos. Make sure you get tomatoes added! We recently went with my parents and they weren't that impressed with their dishes. My mom tried my nachos and said she would get those the next time. I wish the restaurant was brighter. It's a little too dark in the dining area! more

Great Mexican 3/26/2006

Great Mexican restaurant in Swansea and Collinsville. This is a really good Mexican place close to the mall and other stores. They have weekday specials and dollar margaritas Thurs. and Friday. They also have a lunch time buffet all week long. The place in Collinsville, is a little bigger, with a bigger bar area and outside seating. The prices are great, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The location in Collinsville, also occasionally has a Mariachi band that plays. They also have a sunken in area with a great little fireplace. Great place to hang out and have good food. more
