Zap Laser

I have finally taken the time and given these guys the reviews that they deserve. I have spent the better part of an hour reviewing them on Google, Yelp, Citysearch and I don't have much more time but I will do another if I can. Why would I ever bother taking the time to do this as I have never done it for another business, EVER! So with that being said, I worked with a different Denver Laser Hair Removal Center at the beginning of last year. I started with American Laser Centers and it was the biggest mistake. I got suckered into purchasing a package of laser hair removal sessions. In the middle of using my package, I decided that it was not working and had asked for my money back and I was not able to get it back. I decided that it was a waste of my time to continue going as it was not working. On the advice of a friend I decided to check out Zap Laser and it was the best recommendation that I had ever received. I will definitely not be going anywhere else. I was just recently in for a microdermabrasion and I loved it. My skin looks fresh and smooth. Jessica recommended that I go back for a glycolic peel in 4 weeks which I plan on doing. If your looking for a spa that is clean, has a friendly staff, and not focused primarily on sales, Zap Laser Center is the place to go. I was referred to zap by a friend about 4 months ago so I've only had 3 treatments, but the results are awesome! I'm so happy not to have to shave and I can see that this is going to actually be permanent in a few more treatments. The laser techs are really nice and experienced. I went in for over 5 laser hair removal treatments for my bikini and face. While there was a reduction in hair initially, a few months later virtually all the hair has come back. I invested a lot of money and am now no better off than I was before. DON"T BE FOOLED by good results in the beginning. Going here is a waste of your money. more

I went in for a brazilian laser treatment with complimentary underarm removal. I followed their plan to the T and after my treatments were done, I now look like a cancer patient. What a waste of money. A little note: a brazilian takes off ALL of the hair front to back- they just did a modified bikini. So, I am back to shaving and waxing. I went in time after time for laser hair removal on my bikini line and after four visits, guess what, the hair is all still there. Don't waste your time and money. Pros: friendly Cons: product does not work more

I visited Zap a year ago and at that time told the tech. that I didn't want to buy any more products that didn't work. She performed a chemical peel. I proceeded to buy 100$ worth of product and was told if I had any issues to let her know. A week later I called to let her know the product was not working and stung my eyes. She told me they don't take back product and basically too bad. When I told her that was not what I was told by her she argued with me and said there was nothing she could do and she has another client waiting. I had my facial sun spot removal service (about 15 spots) performed by Milana September 2008 and then waited three months for the laser burned spots to fully recover. To my disappointment, all treated spots are still visible as if I have not had the treatment. Not a single sun spot is gone. It was a total waste of money. more

I bought my man gift certifacates for back hair removal for his birthday. I swear-I had to shave this man's back every other day! It was pretty scary. After 3 years of shaving my beloved Chubacca, I decided Laser Hair Removal would be the perfect gift for me---I mean him...he's so smooth, like a baby's butt. He says it didn't hurt. I heard Zap's commercial on the radio and called about their 2 for 1 offer. I just went in for my eyebrow arch. I was pretty nervous about the pain, but after getting my eyebrows, I returned the next day and did my bikini line. I am so excited! No more bumps and razor nicks!
