Zamarelli's Pizza Palace

It does not bother me Zam's does not take plastic. It's worth an inconvenient trip to the ATM, its the best pizza I've ever tasted. The owner told me he has to give a percentage of his earnings to the credit card companies if he takes plastic. Why should he just hand over his hard earned money? Why should he be punished for your convenience? They man is in their every night for Christ sake, he has my parents order memorized, he's like family. more

If you like good greasy pizza, then this is your place. I don't eat here as much as some of the other establishments but it's still good pizza nevertheless. Two major downfalls, they've never had a pizza special any of the times I've been and they don't accept credit cards. It's 2010 and I feel there is no reason why any store shouldn't accept credit cards. It is a mom and pa shop and I personally prefer supporting these kind of places than the major chains. I recommend at least trying this pizza. more

Usually staffed with the local teenagers, but they are the kind of teenagers that want to work and treat you politely. Not the lazy, rude, skater, goth, emo, sloppy dressed, impolite, nosepicker type creeps you find in the big cities.The place is always packed! People park in the grass to go in and get their pizza because the parking lot is jammed! BEST SAUCE, BEST SAUSAGE, BEST CRUST HANDS DOWN! ARE YOU KIDDIN ME? FAGETABOUTIT!! They have been in Grove City for like.... 150 years! I live down south now and every time I head towards Columbus I stop in and get a ZAMMY'S ! I love how the cheese stains the box! It's hard to drive and eat a Zammy's but I do anyway! I always make sure I bring my Garlic powder with me too. It gives me kissing fresh breath! This is the best pizza I have eaten in the Columbus areas. I really like this thin crust pizza because of their unique sausage. I believe it is some sort of Italian sausage that that is sliced/saved very thin. If you like a sausage and pepperoni pizza, you will like Zammy's. This place is a total dive but serves the best cheese pizza I've ever had the pleasure of eating. Their salads are awesome as well and are served in the little containers you would expect with Chinese take-out. I do suggest eating the pizza while hot as it is pretty greasy and doesn't quite taste the same cool. PROS: Fast and fabulous!! CONS: Cash Only : ( more
