Zach's Discovery Academy

We started looking for new Day Cares because my son hated his other one. We came across this one and have fallen in love with it. Not only was cheaper then my other one but the toddler classes are structred. They have set times that they work on ABC's and 123's, 2 hour time to watch educational TV like Seaseme Street or Baby Einstein, and they have a very secure play area. The people are also very friendly. My son instantly loved it and still loves it. I would recommend it to any one. Pros: Cheap, Nice Staff, & highly structred Cons: a little out of the way. more

My child is going to this daycare because it is cheap. I pay $55 a week for after school care. The first time I walked into this place I was left with a bad taste in my mouth, literally. This place reeks of cleaning products but yet looks trashed. There doesn't seem to be any organized time wih the kids, they are all just doing their own thing. Now for the director. She is an elderly woman that seems to hate her job. The other day I witnessed her grabing a little boy no older than 3, by the hand and digging her fingernails into his palms. I was completely shocked! I have turned them in to the appropriate authorities. I am on the waiting list for a better daycare and trying to make other arrangements in the meantime.\r STAY AWAY FROM THIS DAYCARE!!!
