referred by friends, we decided to give ZAB a try. the place was in a non-descript strip mall but when you go inside, it is nicely decorated with a fountain, native artifacts and murals. We were seated immediately and the server was there to ask for our beverage choices. I was still looking around at the decor and the high ceiling. The service was great. The glasses and rice was never empty. We ordered the pad thai, yellow curry and three flavored chicken. The pad thai was not too dry or wet and not too chewy. i like that they used diced tofu. The chicken was hot and crispy and the sauce was sweet, sour and spicy. Finally, the yellow curry is to die for. Very smooth, creamy and sweet with the perfect spicy kick. We had 3 stars on all and it was perfect. Enough heat to tingle your lips and bring out the taste in each dish. The portions were good. The three dishes were enough to feed us for two meals. If you are ever in Everett and crave Thai or a decent meal, go to Zab. I'll be sure to be back again.
