Awesome experience as always. I love the new products!

Worst

After the exfoliation, I expected a massage but got a body rub with oil. I was very disappointed. This is the 1st time I've been disappointed.

You can always count on a great experience at Z Place. From the moment you walk into the beautiful Salon spa you are welcomed and always offered a refreshing beverage. The feel is friendly and you can tell the stylists and other staff are there to make your visit about you and your needs. I especially appreciate the cheerful attitude and you can tell that there is a great deal of respect between the stylists. You won't find gossip and snobbish attitudes here. Each one shows themselves to be a team member and its beautiful to see how much that calm is reflected in making your visit a really relaxing experience. I've been to many spa salons and they are all the same....big names and expensive treatments, but they never really get it. The drama ruins your visit. If you want a really relaxing experience, talented stylists, massage therapists, estheticians, makeup artists, nail techs then I encourage you to visit Z Place. Taste this wonderful treat for yourself, and you will agree that this is the best in the Tri-Cities! more

I always have a wonderful experience with Erin. She always gives me an honest answer on colors that I like and if they would look good. Erin is so personable and the Z place staff is so friendly and not stuffy like other places. They go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. more

Always a Wonderful Experience 8/20/2011

Everything was great as it always is. However, Z Place needs to get a system that allows tips on credit/debit cards. I usually don't carry much cash and if I forget to make a trip to the bank before I go I have to write a check for a tip. It would be so helpful to be able to put it on my card. more

2+ Years and Counting! 8/17/2011

Upon moving to the Tri-Cities in 2008 I tried several salons without success. I brought my niece to Z-Place Salon and we both had a manicure and pedicure. I was so happy with the results I made a hair appointment with Sarajon and have been with her since. They provide great service and products. Would highly recommend Z-Place, and I have, for any or all their services. more

Not only does she do a fabulous job but she is one of the kindest people I have ever met. If you have not experianced their new salon you are missing out. more

I have been coming to Z Place for 8yrs. I have always had great customer service. The stylist's are friendly, confident, attentive, and knowledgeable. I will never leave my stylist, why you might say.... She's simply wonderful. She's honest, if I come up with an idea and it won't look right, she explains why and comes up with an alternative that has a similar look, and I'm always happy with my hair. I have had serveral facials and nothing compares to Lauren's. Completely relaxing and your face feels fresh and clean. The ladies in the front are friendly and courteous. Customer service is above and beyond great. I think you will enjoy your choice of coming here and will not go anywhere else for services provided at Z Place. more

Spa day 8/1/2011

I was given a gift certificate for my birthday for some spa treatments. I chose to get my hair cut and colored and threw in a Beauty Today Pedi while my hair processed. It was great! Very relaxing, I never felt rushed. The atmosphere is very soothing and the staff is helpful. more

Massages & Waxing 7/27/2011

Lauren is the BEST! She is pleasant to talk with, quick, painless (as painless as waxing can be!) and very professional. I highly recommend her. I have seen a lot of professional masseuses, but Kaylynn is definitely my favorite! She really listens to you and concentrates on the area that is causing you the most discomfort. I love the extra touches, like the warm, wet wash cloths covering your feet! She talks to you if you feel like it, but if you'd rather relax and be quiet, she knows that too. She remembers personal details about things you've talked about and makes you feel very welcome. She can provide deep tissue massage where you need it and a light touch where it's needed and remembers from time to time. She's awesome...I kind of hesitate recommending her so highly because I don't want her to get booked up all the time! more
