Yucatan Mexican Bar & Grill isn't exactly 5 star decor, but it's 6 star food, served up quickly, hot and fresh. Their early bird specials are a value worth driving for. We've driven down from Boynton just to have dinner here. Two people can stuff themselves silly for $16 before 6 pm, including a decent tip.
The selections are fairly typical Mexican, but do include many eastern Mexican dishes, not just the typical Tex-Mex food you frequently get here in the US, or the Mex-Cuban you get in south FL.
All the food is flavorful. Though not fancy, they certainly encourage you to enjoy your food and you can have a nice leisurely dinner without feeling rushed, no matter how busy they are. And you're not waiting on them either. They manage to strike the balance for excellent service that's so hard to find these days.
