I've been going to Yu-Mi about every week for the past 6 years or so. The sushi is simply the best value around town. Top quality and affordable, especially if you get the lunch specials. The wait staff is very attentive. After I open a package of sweetener, they come by to pick up the wrapper. I've never seen any of the staff act rude ever. The tall waitress even said hi to me when I saw her at Publix or SunFest. Oh yeah - it is crowded. If you get there for lunch after 12:15, expect a wait. And I've never even attempted dinner. I hear 1 hour waits are common. The restaurant is small. The biggest table seats 4. The only bad thing I have to say is that their non-sushi items (teriyaki, katsu) are mediocre. But the sushi rocks. I recommend the angel hair roll, promenade roll, rock and roll, dragon roll, french connection on top of the specials.
Pros: Food, Value, Service
Cons: small place, possible long wait
