My wife and I made the mistake of renting a house from Terina Potts. Aboiut 3 weeks ago, our toilet started backing up into the bathtub. Two days later the YSM guy came out and said that he could not fix the problem.Another 3 days later the City came out and stated that the problem was ths resposibility of Mrs.. Potts. The next day,YSM came out and attempted to correct the problem. The man was only able to make the toilet work temporarily We are still having problems and things are still not fixed . during much of this time we were forced to use a 5 gal. for our bathroom needs. Inthe meantime our hot-water heater went out which flooded our kitchen . YSM came out the next day and were unable to fix this problem on to subsequent occasions they tried to use quick fixes which cost them less. After 1 week we are still without hot water we cannot bathe and live in unsanitary conditions. When talking with Mrs. Potts , she is rude and makes all sorts of excuses for not fixing the problens. She only wants to argue. This is not a situation in which to be argumentative. We only want to have these problems fixed. This is pure hell, I do not reccomend that anyone rent fron Mrs.Potts. WE are still waitihg for these problems to be fixed. more

working for this company gave me hope for advancement,great hours and great pay. but not long into the job, a few months or so realized their finacial situation was upside down. when questioned about my paycheck and why it was late many lies came soon after. I was very disappointed to have been working for such an unproffesional company. had to report them to nc labor board and many employees got a personal attorney. Pros: good hours and contracts Cons: will put you in a finacial bind more
