Yours Truly Restaurant

While I dream of Yours Truly's notso fries, tango sauce and chicken wraps it goes without saying that the burgers are second to none. It's the first place I think of when I have guests in town. Great flavored burger in a kid-friendly atmosphere. Pretty damn good breakfasts, too. Don't care for having to order fries separately, even if the pricing is comparable to places the pair burgers with fries. Who doesn't want fries with their burger? Great community-freindly place: they employ and promote local high school kids who are usually very attentive servers. more

I really enjoy YT's food. It's quick, hot, and pretty darn good almost all the time. Sure, depending on the night (and sometimes the location), YT can be off, but over-all, the food is excellent. So why the review? Ahhh! YT is NOT cheap!!!! I used to be able to buy a burger, fries (ala cart), and a drink for around $8-$9.00. NO MORE!!! Because fries are seperate (why?!?) The drinks are the high (but going rate now) $1.50+, you can really see the cash leaving your pocket. So although I'd say the food (get the notso fries!!!), is very good, the service is very good, and the ambiance is very good, the value is very average! NOTE: Breakfast IS a wonderful value I'll admit. 2 eggs, coffee, hasbrowns, bacon, and toast for around $5.00. Can't go wrong for breakfast! I have been to many other casual eateries including some of those competeing with Your's Truely. By far, the ""killet skillet"" is the best breakfast (all day) dish in the city. more
