With all the Advertisement this dentistry had done I sure felt comfortable going into this clinic. The dentist would explain all about the diseases & how to prevent them. What they could do if we should encounter the diseases. I thought for sure that they would have a good knowledge of what they would be doing when I went in to see her. I had explained to her all my health problems, my current mouth problems, my concerns of the visit & the cost, & what I wanted out of the finally out. I had bleeding gums with 2 teeth hurting upper left side &1 occasion tooth on the bottom. I came out with a whole new side of teeth on one side of the mouth. The partials were not made right. Then I found out the clinic was still trying to collect every little nickle & dime out of my insurance company. I explained to my insurance company what had happened however, because she having more knowledge of the terms and explanation I was not able to get my full refund back. My dental bill was $7,000.00 in 2007 & again in 2008. Due to the decay & errors she made in my mouth her work needed to be redone. She offered to do the work over but I refused. When at 1st she was drilling a for a filling in my eye tooth; she drilled it so fast that she shaved the tooth off so much she had to put a cap on. (No, I am not joking, I even stopped her while she was drilling she scared me!) When she injected the medication into my gum that goes into the nasal area the fuild starting moving up to my eye and I cried out to her that it's going to burn my eye. She stopped and says she almost done and continues inserting the fuild. It burned so much I could not take it. I did not want to go blind. I made her stopped. The next day my left side of my face was swollen and I had a long red line running along the length of my nose. This happened in Sept 2007. Still today I have a portion of that red line along my nose and I suffer from sinus problems. This dentist might be a good teaching dentist but to work on patients, I would had to give her a big "F".
