Ellina provides one of the best workouts I have ever had! I have never experienced a more intense workout that works every single part of my body. I started out with Pilates, and then moved onto Yoga. I had never done either one of these types of workouts. I was skeptical at first, but after 1-2 sessions, I was hooked. The Pilates workout sculpted my body, and has made my core stronger than it has ever been in my life. By stengthing my core, my lower back aches and pains diminished. I moved onto a complete Yoga workout after I had built up my core strength. The Yoga workout has given me much more body flexibility. By working one on one with Ellina, she was able to create the optimal workout based on my strengths and weaknesses. I would highly advise anyone to try a work out with Ellina, and experience the most incredible workout ever. You will be hooked!!!
