Had them out in 2009 to service a 7 year oil furnace in a house I just bought, did normal service, they said everything was fine with furnace. Just had them out for yearly servic...

Had them out in 2009 to service a 7 year oil furnace in a house I just bought, did normal service, they said everything was fine with furnace. Just had them out for yearly service, said it would be about $400 for service call because furnace wasn't burning right, and combustion chamber needed to be cleaned because of how sooted up it was. So it burns good for 7 years, they service it once, and now it isn't burning right? Went back to company I found that installed it back in 2002, am sure it will be fine next year. more
