They Make Sure You're Happy 7/21/2011

I first took my '93 Volvo sedan to this shop after multiple expensive and frustrating attempts to fix a stall-out problem failed elsewhere. They correctly diagnosed and speedily and cheaply fixed the problem straight out of the gate. I also had a laundry list of non-urgent fixes to make (to my struts and rotors, among other things). I had estimates from other shops, but Your Auto Service came under them all. It was still expensive, but they worked with me to divide the work to keep inside my budget and minimize the labor charges. They've since made all the fixes and I've been pleased all the way around. In addition to being skilled and affordable, they're great about follow-up. If they do a major repair, they will always call and check up to see if you're happy. That means a lot to me. more

Highly Recommended 7/13/2011

I'm not really a car person, and that is why I am hesitant of going to mechanics because I am afraid they will see through me and rip me off. However, at Your Auto they have always treated me with respect and courtesy. I bought a used truck, and they helped me with everything from a realignment to a new paint job. They always explain the process to me, and break everything down so that even a I can understand. And above all they do a good job, but for a reasonable price. more

World Class Service 7/13/2011

This really is the best auto shop in Vegas. I came in with a spewing radiator, serious doubts about my future in car-ownership, and a check engine light that had been on and stayed on through visits to multiple other repair shops. Your Auto gave me a new radiator/hoses, great customer service, and a new found hope in my car. I really appreciate the swift service, open communication, and really wonderful experience overall I had here. more

We went in to get a car inspection and we were in and out in like 15 minutes. It was perfectly priced. We payed less then what we thought it was. more

I have been coming to this place for years. They are convenient, super fast, and the price is reasonable beyond belief. Excellent for quick fixes, patches, balancing, replacements. I've even bought new tires here and their prices cant be beat!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. more

I love this shop, these guys are very helpful and really helped me out when I was in a pinch. Got my car out the same day and washed it for me too!!! they explained all the things that I needed to have done to my car and told me the price, when I came to pick it up it was less than what they had quoted, got to love that!! Awesome job guys. more

They are excellent in that they explain to you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle, show you the problem, and waste no time in doing the service. The technicians really know what they are talking about, and are genuinely interested in the cars that they are fixing / upgrading. They also run a very clean shop, which is confidence inspiring. more

I have a mechanic I can trust. 6/7/2011

Not being a mechanic myself, I really value having the ability to go somewhere that I trust the people and the work being done. I've been going to Your Auto Service and I am very satisfied with the care given to my vehicles (Saab, Honda VW and Ford over the years) . Cars break, and they fixes them well. In my time as a customer, I have always felt they have been honest and has tried to inform me. If it's broken, it'll be fixed; and it won't need to be re-fixed. Guess what? I have a mechanic I can trust. That's what I need. more

The service at this auto repair facility was excellent. My bas esp light came on and on top of that my lights were flickering due to a blown out headlight. I thought the bas esp light issue was going to be a problem but they were prompt on diagnosing the situation and replaced my break switch, which corrected the bas esp light issue, and my blown out headlight for a great price! more

Reasonable price, excellent customer service. 5/10/2011

I recently had to get my brakes replaced. It was definitely time. I called around and got a few quotes and Your Auto was by far the cheapest. I went with them. They got the work done really fast and I had my car back in no time. Very reasonable price and the customer service was excellent. more

Service: It was fast, friendly and most importantly within my budget. I was out of there in less than 15 min. Staff: Very friendly and down to earth and really made the extra effort to get me out of there as fast as possible. What I thought was really nice was that some guy drove in afterwards and said that his corner light was busted. They used some kind of material he had in his shop and literally fixed his corner light on the spot. He didn't even charge the guy for the material and work!!! I would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family. more

I trust them with my car's life 5/3/2011

My dad has been taking his cars here for years and they've always been great. So when my dad passed down his car, I kept bringing it here. They know all about the history of the car's repairs, and now, they know me when I go in or even when I call. I know nothing about cars, but these guys sure do. I trust them with my (car's) life!! more

I needed an oil change that day because i was going on a trip, they fit me in did a great job for a great price and didnt try to sell me things my car didnt need. All in all, I liked the service, price, and efficient use of time. Thanks! more
