As a property manager and homeowner, I would HIGHLY recommend Alex to perform any and all appliance repairs! He is honest, timely, and very professional and will go out of his way to make the client happy. His charge is better priced than most and he stands behind his service. I will use him again and again and have already recommended him to others. It is nice to work with a family business that cares. more

Excellent service!!! It is so refreshing to find a company that is so honest, prompt, courteous and thorough. Mark not only called back on a Sunday, but offered to come out that day! I never expected to have service on a Sunday at no extra charge. He is wonderful. We will definitely use his services again and recommend him to all of our friends. more

Efficient and Professional 3/12/2011

I called Mark because our dishwasher was making awful noises. I was very, very happy with my choice! Someone else mentioned his honesty, and I couldn't agree more. He was fair, true to his word, on time and very, very pleasant. He had the part (the ENTIRE motor assembly he had on hand!), fixed the problem immediately and his price was exceptional. I highly recommend him. more

Mark did a great job and worked around our schedule. He did the job on time. Repair rate was reasonable too. We would recommend him to anyone that has a appliance problem. more

I am Very Satisfied 10/9/2010

I called this company based on few good reviews on Kudzu. And I did not regret a bit. Mark was very fast and efficient. He did not have part for my Thermador oven, but he ordered control board right on the spot, and was back at my house next day. I also like the fact, that he did not ask for money till the job was done more
