I STARTED SHOPPING AT YOUNGS NOT SO LONG AGO. I GO THERE AND BUY MY HAIR PIECE AND EXTENSION. EVERY TIME I GO AT THE HAIR PLACE, NO ONE IS EVERY THERE! I WOULD WAIT AND WALK BACK N FORTH CALLING OUT TO THE WORKERS BUT NO ONE ANSWERS. I THEN GO UP TO THE CASHIER AND ASK IF ANYONE IS WORKING BACK AT THE HAIR AISLE.. SHE WOULD CALLED OUT AND WALKED AROUND THE WHOLE STORE CALLING FOR THE SHORT ASIAN LADY. (THAT POOR GIRL DOING EVERYTHING ALL BY HERSELF). I WOULD HATE TO BE IN HER PLACE. ...
THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME OR SECOND TIME.. ITS EVERY TIME I GO IN! SHOULDN'T THE ASIAN LADY BE AT THE HAIR PLACE, GREETING CUSTOMERS? Y DO WE HAVE TO WALK UP N DOWN THE AISLE LOOKING FOR HER. I FIND THAT VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE N ITS RUDE OF HER TO ALWAYS BE ON THE PHONE AND MAKE ME N OTHERS WAIT!! THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO WORK IN THE MORNING. JUST TWO PEOPLE IS NOT ENOUGH TO RUN THAT BIG OF A STORE!
