If you're prepping for a vacation - take a look under the hood for oil levels; check tire pressure. A few minutes can save you being stranded on the road. Stay safe ont eh road. more

A long time customer with no complaints. 10/8/2010

I have been using Young's Automotive service for a long time, for many years. I continue to go to them because I have never had a complaint on the service done or the advice given. They have always been straight forward as far as I'm concerned. I am sure that if I had a complaint, they would take care of it. In all the time I have used them I very seldom if ever go to the dealer. I think Young's Automotive Service can handle just about anything someone would need done on a car. I have had both my cars in there for everything from things inside the fuel tank to things inside the engine. I don't think there is a limit to what they can do. Customer service at its best. They are the model of customer service. 9/29/2010

I paid cash for my car, a 2003 Yukon Denali XL, and when I went to the dealer they treated me like I stole the vehicle. A friend of mine recommended that I go to Young's Automotive Service. Even though it is a 2003, my car has nothing but problems. Young's really solved all of my problems, everything that was wrong. The dealer didn't even know the vehicle an eighth of the way Young's knows my vehicle. I recommend them to everybody, and I drive a long way for them to take care of the car. Not only do they know the vehicle, they have outstanding customer service. Anything you want, any request, they will honor it. The dealership needs to look to them for their model on how to take care of customers. more
