WARNING: BE WARE OF THIS PLACE 2/3/2012

very simple. crooks like many in this business are. the job they do is half way. after i complained that my bumper and frame was uneven, the owner gave me a runaround. plus, they charged my insurance company for internal parts they did not replace. Never again doing business here. Do not get ripped off by them. the other 3 reviews seem fake to me, like they wrote them themselves. i don't believe a word of their bs stories. more

Young's Autobody / Young's Collision 2/2/2012

great, easy to work with, no pressure, no hassle, long established body shop, kind of like family ran business. They fixed my Jeep to like new condition, arranged the rental, picked me up from Maplewood train station, perfection! Highly recommended if you need a body shop or body work done on your car! more

I would not trust my car to anybody else, Young's Collision are true professionals, handled the repairs beautifully, everything was arranged in time, when the dealer delayed the parts I was notified and my rental was extended. young's collision - best bodyshop in maplewood/union 1/13/2012

great shop that has been in business since the 70's, my grandparents and my parents all fixed their cars at this shop and Young's always treated us right. I recently fixed my VW GTi after the collision with the deer and the shop arranged the towing and the rental car, kept me informed during the repairs. The job was done right and the car looks great! Almost makes you want to go to the body shop! 6/4/2008

In the several times I have needed to deal with Young's (all situations where insurance was not in play) I have always found Bob Young to be extremely pleasant to deal with, his price fair and his work good. Most important to me, I have never felt that he pushes any work that is not needed. I had a problem with a bumper. One shop (associated with the dealer where I had bought the car) wanted to do all kinds of work and gave me an estimate of over $500. Bob looked at the car, gave me an estimate of under $100, then apologized when the final bill was $3 over the estimate because of a change in the parts cost. The work looks great - good as new.
