Young Explorers Schools

You could not ask for more caring people to watch your children. My child thought it was school. They have activities and field trips just like school does. They really helped prepare him for kindergarden. The place was always clean and the staff is so friendly and caring. They do have students who come and help out for credit at high school. But they are amazing students. I suggest if you are looking for a daycare on the eastside of town, you stop in here and look it over. more

Our family has been with Young Explorers for over 5 years now. WOW! That time has gone by so fast. This school is locally operated and owned. The owner, Filomena Brooks, is very involved in her schools. She opened them in the 70s and still has a hand in them. The address given in this listing is for the business office. There are two branches of this school.......one near 22nd and Wilmot, the other is near Speedway and Wilmot. The schools each have their own directors, aside from Ms. Brooks. They believe in play as a form of learning. There is also plenty of opportunity for whole family involvement at these schools as well. This includes parties on special occasions, potluck dinners and gatherings, an annual Mt. Lemmon camping trip, an annual carnival, an annual art night and an annual drama night.
