This place is wonderful! Definitely the hometown kind of service that community drug stores used to have. Friendly people, extremely accommodating. I like supporting local small businesses, and this is one worth supporting. The store is like a little museum too. It's a step back in tme. more

Coke history 7/26/2008

Young Brothers Pharmacy is a true landmark in Cartersville. On the side of the building facing the railroad tracks is the first Coke sign ever painted on the side of a building in 1894. Inside the store you will find Coke products on sale, not only the drinks but memorabilia. Stop in and grab a coke, look at the sign and do a little shopping while your there. more
