I have been at Yosemite Self Storage since April of 2012. I moved from my home to a smaller home and found it necessary to store some of the items I do not use on a consistent basis. I chose Yosemite Self Storage after reviewing other storage facilities in the area. The staff at Yosemite are very pleasant, knowlegeable and professional, while making you feel very much at home. The facility is secure with cameras as well having a staff presence on a regular basis. I have found the grounds and buildings are well maintained. The staff is always willing to accomodate my needs to the best of company policy.\r Being a senior, these are qualities are very important to me. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs. more

I was very new to the whole renting a storage. When I first called I was greeted by a very polite and patient lady. She offered to hold the space for me until the end of the business day (something other storage places don't do) Later that afternoon when I went to do all my paper work I was greeted by the same lady. She immediately knew who I was which made me feel like I was important not just a monthly number to them. She explained the whole process to me from a-z as she knew I was new to all of this. I didn't feel any pressure or obligated to purchase anything I didn't need (unlike other places wanted to shove a $20 lock down my throat) I am really confident that the customer service will continue to be great. more

I have been with Yosemite Self Storage for almost two months. Last week it was found that the tenants in the room next to mine removed the sheet metal screws from the wall, climbed over the wall into my room and stole some of my boxes. Immediately, I phone the head company, the business itself and the police. That evening I did the best I could to secure the wall, only to come in the next day to find the wall down again and more items missing!!! Again, the same calls were made. 12-9-12 will be one week since the first break in, and I have got no where. The tenants have been locked out of the gate and their room, but have been notified to come pick up their items, only due to the fact they damaged the wall, but not anything regarding the theft of my items????!!!! By evicting the thieves for the damages, the company is covering their butts on the theft!!!! The managers will not let me look in the other room...possibly out of fear I may find my stolen belongings. The police will not go in because it will ruin any chance of prosecution????!!!! I loose no matter what, the storage companies legal team wins and even the crap tenants win!!! The thieves are free to repeat their actions in other facilities or at this location, due to the fact that the womans' dad is footing the bill and the room may be in his name as well. more

We called and were instantly fans. They were easy to deal with and extremely flexible and wanted to make our move easy. This was refreshing especially since we were unsure about how long we would need storage since we hadn't found a house yet when we moved out of our recent home that was just burglarized. I was very impressed by their level of customer service and the facility itself is well lit, spaciously, easily accessible, clean, and has 24hr camera surviellence. more

I came in not knowing what to expect due to previous storage facility experiences. But the staff here put the anxiety to rest. They were very helpful and knew exacty what I needed. If only you could find customer service this good everywhere. Definitely recommending this place to friends. more

Through my travels around the world from state to state, I have dealt with many self storage companies and by far this one exceeds all of them above and beyond the call of duty. Down to earth help from every angle. A superior clean and rodent free storage area that has already proven to make me feel extremely safe about leaving all of my vauled goods and property there. Tight security is an understatement, I love it! Its a wonderful thing knowing that all of my cheerished items aquired over the years through all my travels are in a safe place. The staff always greets me like they have known me for years and thats just the kind of place i enjoy be affiliated with. In my recent experience with self storage , I was completley satisfied with how i was treated by the staff at Yosemite Self Storage. They were so friendly , kind and very professional. We all know that it is a nightmare to move at any time and the staff at Yosemite Self Storage made it very easy because they provided a truck and driver . I had a bad experience w/ the new staff at Yosemite Self Storage, on Creekwood Drive. I had been renting 2 storage units for a number of years. The previous staff had all been very professional and polite. But then came a new dark haired woman. To say the least, she was quite the opposite from the previous staff, rude, disrespectful and just plain unprofessional. She seemed to have a boyfriend working there too who was just as bad. They seem to know nothing about customer loyalty, which, naturally, would be important in a business of this nature. Having lost trust in this staff, I had to move my belongings to another competing storage down the street. more
