Yorba Linda Equipment Rentals

I've been here and i regreted why I chose this shop to rent equipment. It was old, rusty and dirty plus I could not take their sour faces and rude customer service. Price is a bit cheaper but you get your moneys worth. Worst is their attitudes. No tact and rude. And if you are thinking of using your credit or debit card, you better not coz they dont have swiper their going copy all the information from your card even your security pin and if you argue with them about your confidentiality but it will take the rest of your day to explain, still they wont understand, I think they are way far behind in computer technology. I don't recommend this shop you better go to a big rental shop like home depot or anywhere but not here. more

The do have a lot to rent but most of it is really old and rusty. The price is right but I wanted to write the review because of their sour faces that cloud the place. Apparently they don't care if you come back or not. Never once have I had a pleasent or warm experience with these sour pusses. Not a smile a hello, I'll be with you in a second or even a thank you. I once complained that their trailer wobbled and was told it was my car. Funny the one from the week before that they loaned me didnt have that same problem. You couldnt have low tires right??? OHHH absolutely couldnt have been their issue. Or could they check it out. If the price is all you care about then use them. If you want to give your business to someone who cares to have you back, find another rental place. Pros: Have lots of equipment at a good prices Cons: don't expect The Friendly YL Charm here more

I like to take my propane tank for my barbeque here to get it filled. The price is a little better than some of the other suppliers but it's also more convenient. I go into the office and pay first. Then I pull my car over to the big propane tank, and a man will take the tank out of my car, fill it and load it back into my car and I'm off. It's quick and easy. more
