Be forewarned, this place looks run down & is the epitome of a used car dealership. At first they're all lovey dovey and use all their tactics to reel you in order to make that sale but afterwards, they pretty much treat you like garbage. I went there this past weekend to inquire about the FREE oil change. I was basically told that the oil change wasnt free unless i purchased something else. However thats the only thing my car needed. The manager was very rude & obnoxious & started yelling at me. I dont see why its a big deal to give someone a $20 oil change for a car they just purchsed for $20,000. Never again! more

Great Dealership 9/30/2011

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2008 Audi TT. I had not planned on purchasing a car for myself, but noticed a BEAUTIFUL TT convertible sitting in the parking lot and could not resist checking it out. A very pleasant salesman, Jose asked if I wanted to test-drive the car. I was amazed by the quality, maneuverability, and attention to detail on this car. Joes was an extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful salesperson. Joes worked with the general manager, to come up with a very workable arrangement for me to trade in my previous car and purchase the Audi TT. I have experienced the highest level of professionalism and pleasant demeanor from all members of the Yonkers Auto Mall team. I highly recommend this dealership. And, I have discovered what a wonderful car the Audi is! more

Great Service 9/26/2011

I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism and customer service I received both over the phone and in person by the sales representatives at Yonkers Auto Mall. I saw the website online while searching for a SUV. I live out of state, so I drove 4hrs after being convinced by the reps over the phone to get the vehicle of my choice. Sal was excellent to work with when I purchased my used vehicle from Yonkers Auto Mall. He stayed in constant communication with me, while at the same time not being intrusive. He also used email, which is very important to me because I am not always able to speak via telephone. Thank you Yonkers Auto Mall for making this purchase so easy for me! more

I was happy with the dealership and salesman on our recent purchase. The selection was fantastic and sales crew was on top of their game. Our sales associate took the time to make sure that we understood how to work everything in our new vehicle. The finance gentleman was very helpful in helping us pick the right payment for us. Love my car 8/2/2011

We had a very good experience buying a used Lexus at Yonkers Auto Mall. Our salesman was readily available and very easy to work with. He helped us find the right vehicle, and we worked out a decent price and trade-in. He is taking care of all the loose ends. The whole transaction has been handled very professionally. I am writing this review to express how happy and extremely satisfied we are with respect to the experience we received when purchasing our Audi Q5 vehicle from Yonkers Auto Mall. I would like to commend my salesman Sal Moussa, who was extremely knowledgeable and professional; he really made us feel like we were getting the best, personal customer service that one can receive. Sal had excellent knowledge of his cars for sale, and, therefore, allowed us to come to the easy conclusion that the Audi Q5 was the right car for us! Great Dealership 6/28/2011

Purchased an Acura MDX from Yonkers Auto Mall and would definitely go back to purchase another vehicle from this dealer. I received great service from my sales associate. The whole process was easy and my salesman took the time to personally show me how all the features of the navigation and Bluetooth system work. I'm really enjoying riding around in my new MDX. more

This was the first time my wife and I dealt with Yonkers Auto Mall and it turned out to be a pleasant experience. Our sales consultant was courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and was able to impart that knowledge to us. He was more than willing to work with us on the price and we were able to reach an amicable agreement. I would definitely recommend this dealer to friends and family. more

Outstanding Service 6/7/2011

From the first point of contact to the moment I drove my certified 2008 335i convertible off the lot, Jose was informative, responsive and easy to work within the sale. He is knowledgeable about BMWs and cars in general, and was willing to spend the time with me to familiarize me with the features of my BMW. He was always friendly and helpful. I was looking for a good used Volkswagen and Yonkers Auto Mall had the best inventory of any dealer I checked. I worked with a salesman named Jose and there was no pressure. He answered all my questions and showed me the vehicles in stock that I was interested in. I ended up buying a good used Volkswagen at an amazing price. I would recommend Yonkers Auto Mall to anyone interested in a used car. more
