Honestly, I never owned a animal (except for a fish) and just recently adopted a grown cat. I went in the Hospital to make sure my newly adopted family feline is healthy and to ask a few questions.
The receptionist was super nice and friendly. Heck, she was a lot better then most of the human hospital receptionist in the area. Also filling out paperwork, took like 2-3 minutes. Nothing drawn out to a point where I felt like giving them my face book name and password.
Waiting, it wasn't that bad really. I just grabbed a used magazine and half way reading the articles it was my turn.
Doctor, SUPER NICE to my pet cat, and myself for that matter. He and I exchanged a lot of questions about my cat i.e type of food she eats, showed me how to trim her nails (which were beastly long) told me to come back for demonstrations. Found out she previously had eat mites, but since her ears were extremely dirty he gave me some medicine. Explained that she isn't have it but she is treating it anyways to be safe. At this point I am thinking to myself ""this cat is going to run up a bill for 400 dollars"" He told me a few tips of taking care of a cat which were extremely helpful.
Leaving; I took out 2 credit card, my check book, thinking how was I going to pay for this great service, got the bill. Super super affordable. I was so shocked, especially from the horror stories I hear from others vet offices reviews.
Would I come back? I certainly would and tell all my friends about it!
