I Love My Cleaning Service 3/15/2009

I loved the job that Yolanda's Maid & Carpet cleaning did in my house. The attention to detail was great. I saw little touches of detail all over my house. Initially me and my wife only wanted a one-time Deep cleaning service but we signed up with Martha with a weekly service. We are very satisfied with the cleaning job and we will definitely recommend the service to everybody we know. Pros: They have an eye for details Cons: What are the drawbacks? more

They are all 3-in1 cleaning company!! 3/5/2009

Yolandas Maid Service was hired to do a one-time move-in cleaning service for us and I have to say that the company delivered great results. The crew came fully equip with vacuums, brooms, mops, squeeze, step ladders, tall laders to clean my 2nd story windows, clean cleaning rags and a carpet steam cleaner. The cleaning crew was very precise with the quality of the work and we are very happy with the job. Instead of hiring three seperate companies to do windows, cleaning and carpet cleaning they do it all at once. We were happy to move into a very clean house and thank you for making that happen. They always treat me like family. 3/5/2009

I have used several cleaning services in the past, and I must admit I am a very picky customer. I feel that Yolandas staff is the ONLY cleaning service in LA I'd recommend!! I have been using them for the past few months on a bi-weekly basis, and they consistently do an excellent job. My 2 person team are always friendly, eager to please, on time, and do a great job. Also, Brian does a fantastic job communicating with me on a regularly basis to ensure i receive the best possible service, man! I love these guys! First Impression was Great & Service was Great 3/4/2009

The reps at Yolandas were very nice and explained the services so well. I received a cleaning crew of 2 people and I have to say that they were able to clean both my carpet and apartment in one visit. My bathrooms needed quite a bit of work but they managed to make it look super clean. Thanks for cleaning my home ! It was worth the cost. more

Hey Yolandas Maid & Carpet Cleaning. I used your cleaning service and my house looks and smells just superb. I don't see a trace of dog hair anymore and my bathrooms look just great. The cleaning crew did a great job on the tiles in the bathrooms and all the stains from the carpet are gone. I am very happy that I decided to go with you. Friendly Crew and didicated workers 2/21/2009

I really required some heavy-duty cleaning service for a post-renovation clean up and after reading their positive reviews I decided to go with the company. A lot of work had to be done. The cleaning crew worked for 2 days in my house and my house looks beautiful. They are all very nice and easy to work with and I have decided to use them as a repeating service. Wonderful Service and Cleaning 2/7/2009

I had to drop in say a little something about our relationship with Yolandas Maid and Carpet Cleaning Service. First and foremost the customer service is always great and the people there are very polite and courteous over the phone! They always hear us out and are quick to resolve any issues to our satisfactions. In terms of the work/cleaning, there're great. My last house went over renovation and there was a lot of post dust... after the cleaning my home looked beautiful. I am very pleased with the service and will continue to do business with them in the future. more

Great Cleaning YMC 1/26/2009

I had my Deep cleaning service last weekend and I was very happy with the service the company provided. My wife is very pleased with the cleaning that was done and my hardwood floors look fantastic. And i finally found a company that has maids that know how to properly clean windows too. Pros: they know how to make your floors and windows shine more

We tried them based on the many positive reviews, but were disappointed in the deep clean which failed to address our specific concerns on cleaning our floors. The service might have been great the first time around, but the crew WE got lack the expertise to clean our custom floors. So the following day I called them and they did address my concern and they sent somebody to work on my floors and came out just perfect. The fact that they do return complaints calls and offer customer satisfactions instills confidence in this company. Great Spring Cleaners for 2009 1/7/2009

YM&C Cleaning service has been cleaning my house and my parents home for several years now. These folks are reliable and do really good quality work. I've been using them for several years and never had anything damaged or end up missing in any way. I recently had them do a long overdo spring cleaning in my place and they did an awesome job. Hard working and diligent cleaners!!! 12/22/2008

I highly recommend Yolandas Maid & Carpet cleaning or is it maintenance service. Either way Yolanda and Her son are the owner of the business and are excellent at coordinating cleaning, explaining the services and arranging a very affordable price quote schedule. The cleaners were a little late but it raining cats & dogs that day. However, when they arrived they went straight to work and provided a deep cleaning of my house that has never seen before. They worked diligently for 6 hours. I'm very happy with their services and plan to use regularily in the future. Pros: they make you feel that your getting your moneys worth Cons: They don't like country music more

A top-notch cleaning service 11/28/2008

I never thougth how difficult it is to find a good reliable cleaning service and I've haven't had alot of luck finding one until now! Yolandas Maid service always do such a thorough job and leave the house in near-spotless condition. My blinds are always shiny! I think I've found a company I can trust and look forward to all of my cleaning needs. more

I have 4 sons, ranging in ages from 5 to 17, and also work a 50+ hour a week job, so having maids to help with the cleaning is a life saver. I had used other services in the past, but have never found one that is as thorough and DEPENDABLE as Yolandas Maid Service. They get the job done and the price is exceptionally reasonable. And they love pets too!! I highly recommend this company. more

They give me peace of mind 11/10/2008

Yolandas Maid and Carpet cleaning Service is a great company. We have been using the service for about six months now and they have been wonderful. They arrive at the house every other Saturday at exactly 8:30 a.m. They come in, clean thoroughly, and leave. They are polite and aim to please. There have been few times that anyone was home when they came to clean, but they have always made sure to do a great job (without any supervision). We have recommended their services to friends and will continue to utilize their services. more

I was Impressed with the quality of cleaning 11/6/2008

We had required a deep cleaning in my home for some time now. I was trying to do more than I can handle, juggling my job, kids, and other day to day issues was becoming too much for me. Best house and carpet cleaners around!!! 11/3/2008

We had your guys out yesterday. I was absolutely amazed at the deep house cleaning and the cleaning of my filthy white carpet. My puppy had urinated in several areas, now the stains and odors are completely gone. I never expected to see this carpet look so fantastic and my place never look better.
