After reading reviews and speaking with the phone representative I was convinced to give them an opportunity. The estimator came out to my house and gave me a very reasonable quote and I joined. I thought that having a cleaning service was not really needed for my home until my mom came by and mentioned I needed a cleaning service. After the deep cleaning I realize that a cleaning service is a must. The company disinfected everything in my condo. I had no idea my place was dirty but the crew clean areas I would not think needed cleaning like my baseboards, doors, etc. And my carpet look like clean until they drain all the dirty dark water from their machine. At first I was not impress with the cleaning results. the house appears clean on the surface but if you look closer, you'll see poor service. I find toothpaste still smeared in the sink, ring around the toilet bowl, and a wet/dirty rag was left behind. I may seem like I'm being too picky, but honestly I'm no perfectionist. So i call the company of my dissatisfaction and without to much fuss they send someone out to reclean those areas and left my place spotless. Overall i did received a decent service. More than pleased with service...boy I have to say that attention to details is where the company gains points above other cleaning services. The cleaning crew walked me through the house at the end of the cleaning to show the job, which I liked. The crew was very professional with us and friendly with my two dogs. A major point I noted in the cleaning was they got all the hard to reach areas with these large extensions and dusted my ceilings and molding. Using YMM Service has been an absolute pleasure for me and my family. We are expecting a new born in 20 days and we needed a very deep cleaning before the birth. I never have to give specific instructions in regards to the cleaning or follow the cleaning team around my house. I have currently have been signed with Yolandas cleaning service for approx. 9 months. My cleaning has been superb. I like the fact that they can also do carpet and upholstery cleaning at the same time. The crew who did my initial deep clean as been the same all the way through ...very big job. Where do I start? I confirmed a cleaning lady to come out to my house. She never showed up and never called. I called the company and they sent out another cleaning lady who came 2 hours later than I had hoped so I was late to work but I left cash out on my table and left for the day. I came home and my roommate said the cleaning lady was at my house for about an hour and a half and had barely cleaned anything and took the cash and left. The toilets were not cleaned, not one surface was dusted, the mirrors and windows were not windex'd, the floors were not moped (maybe swept) they didn't take the place mats off the table to clean it but rather just cleaned around them (can't believe that) . They cleaned the countertops but didn't wipe off the soap with water after so there is about a millimeter of soapscum on my counter tops. They put a bottle of expensive toner sideways in my drawer without closing the top of the bottle and it spilled all over my drawer. Their vacuum broke halfway through the job, this person had obviously never cleaned a house before and was totally unaware of what a cleaning lady is supposed to do. After I called to complain I received a nasty text message from the cleaning ladies cell #. Which I thought was so entirely unprofessional. First of all, I want to apologize for my behavior with the crew. I just got freak out when the time exceeded my unrealistic 2hr expectation of my cleaning job. I received estimate in excess of $900 from other cleaning companies so I realize that the hourly rate ended up to be cheaper with Yolandas Maids.
