I have to commend Yolanda & her staff of 60+. The min. my sister, my best friend, my mother, & myself walked thru the white double doors, we were welcomed by elegance, professionalism, enthusiasm, excitement, & an urgency to be helped. I can understand that a business of this magnitude would make a shopper seemingly disappear, however I was greeted right away & was shown by person to the bridal dept. for my appt My consultant, Lindsay, was a bubble of smiles & enthusiasm as she began the interview to find my perfect dress, leading me & my entourage thru to our beautiful and prestine back fitting room. My family & my best friend made themselves at home on the gorgeous white couch set up in the fitting rm as they watched Lindsay lug pounds of dresses into the rm from what seemed to be thin air. They leisurely watched as Lindsay helped me into each amazing dress I tried on, finally picking my absolutely dazzling Amsale dress. The staff did not stop there. Once my dress was ordered, Lindsay & the rest of the staff at Yolanda's made sure everything was on time & I was able to have time for alterations before my big day. My dress came in right on time & my alterations were underway w/ Dena. She knew exactly what to do & made my perfect dress that much more perfect. Sam & Laura, in Bridesmaids, were equally on top of their game helping my sister & my 4 bridesmaids pick out the correct sizes in the dress I had picked & came in right on time. Yolanda, also, made sure my mother was the perfect MOB in her beautiful red Jovani dress. She fit right into my color scheme & looked absolutely gorgeous! I can not thank the staff at Yolanda's enough for making my big day absolutely perfect. My family & friends were so happy with their service, we all utilized the beauty salon for the wedding. I came here with my future sister in law to look at bridesmaids' dresses for her wedding. She had a very specific idea of what she wanted us to wear. The store carried the line & dress that we wanted, but did not have a sample of the color. We asked to have a sample sent to us before we decided. Upon hearing that we weren't ready to purchase somethingimmediately sight unseen, the sales lady left us in a huff. 4 weeks later, we're still waiting to receive the sample. We found the same dress elsewhere from a shop that was actually willing to help us. Pros: los of parking, close to my house Cons: , pricey, not helpful more

I tried to be a customer, but was turned down. I requested a fitting for my daughter, who was in her brothers out of state wedding. The Lorenza gown was shipped in and needed alterations. I also wanted to purchase my gown. However, Yolanda's refused to alter a dress that was not purchased in their shop. I had chosen them because they were an approved distributor of Lorenza. With many more family weddings, this was a disappointment. However, we did find another shop more than willing to accept our business. more
