Yoko Bistro

Yoko's is a hidden treasure! It is honestly the best Asian cuisine I have ever had. It's affordable gourmet. You never leave with that full but empty drained feeling you usually get from most Chinese food. It's light and they don't give you tons of bitter filler vegetables like bok choy. In their Moo Goo Gai Pan, for example, they give you celery, carrots and peapods! The con is that it does take a a long time, but good things take time and Earl is great company. The other review is correct, if you're a regular, they definitely show you their appreciation. Actually, they were just as hospitable on my first visit as my last. If you go here, you will be immediately acquainted by 3 people, Tan, Earl, and Shirm. These great people serve the best chinese/sushi/japanese/cantonese etc.. food around. Not only is the food exceptional but the service is as well. When(and not IF) you do become a regular, you will have found a niche of all sorts pleasantries that you will return to again and again. This is about a dining experience, so take a couple hours to enjoy yourselves and strike up good conversations with the folk. Pros: Everything Cons: Take at least 1.5 hours to dine in.
