Horrible experience. This Franchise handed out coupons to school children then did not honor them. My daughter handed me a 20% off coupon with no expiration date for this particular Store. When we tried to use it, they said they would not honor it. I asked for an explanation from the ""kid"" manager, Samantha, on duty and she said it was good for the day she got the coupon. I explained to her that it does not say what day it is good for on the coupon, and with no expiration it should be honored. As a small business owner myself, I would be horrified that someone would make such rash decision with a store full of customers. I will file a BBB complaint for false advertising, make as many online reviews as I possibly can, and let the owner know that he has employed very irrational people. To be clear, the coupon is the only reason we traveled past our normal Yogli Mogli to visit this store. We will never go back, I don't want my 20% back, I believe that a business gets ONE chance to create a relationship with its customers and if you can't do that right then you don't deserve my business or any recommendations. It's pretty sad that a shift manager can do so much damage. If she wasn't busy cutting up with friends and paying a little more attention to the customer things might have been different. She might have even noticed the girl behind the counter cleaning the toppings area without gloves on, but I will save story for the county health department. My daughter kept this coupon in her room and was saving it for a special occasion, of course I didn't tell her they didn't honor it, no reason to have to explain this to her at 8 years old. Such a disappointment.
