Serenity Now Yoga Holistic Health is a great source for relief from many ailments. Having been out of work I find that the yoga classes really help with the stress of needing to start my mind thinking in different directions. When working at a computer for hours at a time my body started to feel bound up around the central area. I believe that I did develop some internal issues from sitting in an upright position for hours at a time, along with some other physical issues that I have had to deal with over the years. When working on the stretching and holds the body responds in a positive manner and creates a feeling of well being. Lisa has great understanding of the type of positions that will help certain areas feel better and she always makes an effort to direct her class in this way. I find that the one on one experience is very beneficial for a successful session. I highly recommend Serenity Now Yoga and Lisa McDonald as a yoga instructor. I plan on returning, to continue the regiment.
