Yoga Ward is, hands down, the best yoga studio I have ever experienced. Dean, Jaimi, Laura and the rest of the staff teach challenging and invigorating classes while supporting and inspiring students to improve their practices no matter what their current level. The community is welcoming and social from day one and the space is beautiful. As a lifelong runner, my hips and hamstrings hampered my flexibility. Since I started practicing at Yoga Ward, I have increased my strength, lost weight, become much more flexible and I sleep better. I try to get to Dean’s classes as often as possible. His hot detox flow is the best workout I’ve ever had. I recommend Yoga Ward without reservation. See you there!
